One month-long Departmental Foundation Training Course for nwely recrceited Class-1 officers of Bangladesh Shipping  Corporation (BSC) is going to be started from 1st Agust' 2018 at BIAM. This Foundation Training Course is designed to develop officer's professional skills and capacities in development administration and financial management in public sector. The course also aims at building personality. Creativity and leadership qualities into the officials participating in the Foundation Training Course. This Course provides an oppontunity of the officers to familiarize themselves with various dimensions of development administration, office menagement and issues of socio-economic development of our country. Morevoer, the contents of the Course are carefully selected so that the participants can acquire the basic knowledge of the various theories, concepts and issues of administration, management and development.
