Hall Reservation Terms & Conditions
- One/Institution has to pay in-advance 50% of total amount of the Hall rent with application and rest amount should be paid before 2 days of program.
- 30% amount of paid as in-advance money will be deducted if the Applicant canceled the reservation before 3 days of the reserved date.
- 50% amount of paid as in-advance money will be deducted if the Applicant canceled the reservation less than 3 days from the reserved date.
- Full amount of paid as in-advance money will be deducted if the Applicant canceled the reservation less than 1 day from the reserved date.
- Applicant may change reservation date or venue if available till 3 days before from earlier reserved date without any penalty.
- Applicant may change reservation date or venue if available less than 3 days from earlier reserved date on deduction of 10% amount of paid as in-advance money.
This policy is relaxed for government/semi government/autonomous and associate organization of BIAM.
